Stafford MMA
Stafford Mixed Martial Arts opened in September 2012 by Liam and Melissa Kerrigan. Both owners started training martial arts at a young age in elementary school so it’s safe to say they are doing what they do best! At Stafford MMA you will find both Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu classes 6 days a week starting at four years old going up to adult classes.
