The History of Bruno’s
Louie Bruno is proud to say he comes from a long line of family butchers. His father and all his uncles were butchers in Staten Island, New York. It was a big step for Lou and his wife Francine to move from New York and start a new business all alone. Since 1993, Bruno’s Meat Market has been offering a full line of fresh beef, veal, lamb, chicken, and Boar’s Head quality meat.
Louie is known as a great family butcher where his customers are pleased to send their friends. Bruno’s is easy to find, and is located only 1/4 mile north of Southern Regional High School.
