In 1998, Josh Kline saw a need for a dependable, high-quality landscaping service on Long Beach Island, New Jersey. To get started, the Long Beach Island native borrowed $5,000 from his younger sister to purchase essential tools. During the day, Josh, his mother, and his future wife distributed flyers to attract customers while he worked full-time at a local restaurant at night. Kline Bros Landscaping was born from Josh’s determination, passion, and commitment to providing a better life for his family, working tirelessly from 5 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.

In 2014, Josh’s older brother John, a former schoolteacher, joined the team to help manage the growing business. With a focus on skilled craftsmanship and outstanding service, Kline Bros quickly excelled in pool installations, launched landscaping supply centers, and became a leading installer of brick pavers and pools on the East Coast. After more than 25 years, with three locations and over 200 employees, Kline Bros remains one of the few full-service landscaping companies in the area, dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions from start to finish.
