Kathleen is a solo practitioner in Ship Bottom, New Jersey, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of:

Kathleen was born and raised in New York State before moving to New Jersey where she lives with her husband in Southern Ocean County, on the Jersey Shore.

While raising three children, Kathleen attended William Paterson University and then Rutgers School of Law in Newark.

Kathleen has been a practicing attorney in New Jersey for over 30 years and has devoted her energy to providing exemplary service in the fields of elder law, estate planning and administration, special needs planning, guardianship and real estate.

As a solo practitioner, Kathleen readily recognizes the unique needs of every client and takes pride in communicating a sincere interest, along with important legal advice, in order to provide comfort to the client and instill confidence and trust in the attorney-client relationship.

Kathleen is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Ocean and Passaic County Bar Associations.

Kathleen has served as a Trustee of the Passaic County Bar Association, is a past-chair of the Association’s Elder Law Section, a past Chair of the District XI Fee Arbitration Committee and a past Chair of the District XI Ethics Committee.

Kathleen has lectured on guardianship issues to the New Jersey Society of CPAs, capacity issues at the Annual Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease for Healthcare Professionals and has also lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Kathleen received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from William Paterson University and her law degree from Rutgers Law School – Newark.
